My leedle seester sold me her lovely Fender Stratocaster electric guitar because she's no longer using it. Of course, I've had it in my house since Christmas and I haven't used it either, but I'm still learning to pick and strum at my acoustic. Howeva, I don't think I could get a better deal anywhere on a like-new fender with amp, gig bag, hard case, and lots of other goodies. I will be playing the metalest of metal until my neighbors move out. Plus, you gotta admit, it looks super sweet in all of its blueness.
I've learned at my semi-weekly lessons with my guitar teacher. Basic chords are cake now, and we're working on more complicated chord progressions with different sorts of strumming patterns and fingerpicking. I told him I have an eternal soft spot for Country Roads, so I'm working on that at the moment. I wish, if anything, I had more time and energy to devote to practice than I do. I do love it-- and I wish I'd picked up the habit earlier. I would've kicked ass in a band! RAWK ON! \o_o/
