My knee is still enraged. Any continuous stabilization required by my left leg or torque on my left knee makes it feel sore, rubbery and just generally... wrong. I think it might be time to go see if a physical therapist can give me some advice. (Besides the obvious which is "stay off it" and I ain't gonna do that.)
