Fish Update
by Kat
I have six tetra fry remaining-- one died between Friday and Saturday when I checked on them. The rest are doing well and growing. They love the baby brine shrimp!

Unfortunately, one of the tetra males and the chinese algae eater died over the weekend. The pH of the water looked to be off, so I adjusted. The tetra male was dead Saturday morning when I checked on the tank and the algae eater seemed to be on the way out but alive. He was dead when I checked on the tank on Sunday.

There doesn't seem to be any sort of funk and I assume if there were, the baby fish would have been the first to drop dead. The last tetra male and the remaining fry seem to be active and eating well. At this point, all I can really do is keep feeding them and keep the tank water fresh. I'm completely at a loss for what happened to the other fish, but it seems like these fish should be OK.
