A big announcement from the work world. We just launched The Web 2.0 Awards, a pet project of mine that started small and grew wildly out of control. What the hell is Web 2.0? Well, if you don't know, read the zeitgeist before browsing the awards. The awards are rather content-rich, so take your time looking through them, because you will probably find sites that will change your life- or fun ways to waste tremendous amounts of time. We've already been mentioned in The Seattle PI and hopefully more press will follow.
If you like what you see-- and what you see is all my hard work-- check out our mentions on Digg and del.icio.us and add us/digg us to bump up the project's visibility.

Now it's good to see that you were actually doing some real incredible work out there! Seriously--that's a hell of alot of sites you reviewed, and some really interesting rankings that you ended up with.
Considering that you saw that many sites, and actually (probably anyway) had to use them to gauge all of the ranking factors, which ones were your favorites? Which ones did you find during the project that you still use today? That would be interesting to find.
You should be proud of the work you did, Kat! Way to go.
